The History of the Workbook
I used to call my workshops Art-analogue Symbolism doodling. That was in the early nineties. In my introduction workshop, written in the Language of Light mind drawing workbook, readers will learn how to create an analogue drawing. For this type of drawing, you do not need to be an artist or know any drawing skills necessary to develop creative works of art! Everyone is already an artist, a master of creative manifestations and a co-creator in this third-dimensional realm.
There are 7 major chakras connected to and a part of the physical body, and I was guided to create a creative activity to make these energy portals more alive.
Each chakra transmits and receives life-force energy often called “qi” (pronounced “chee”, sometimes spelt “chi”), “prana”, or “universal intelligence”. There are also 2 other vital chakras: the Soul Star and the Earth Star chakras, which are just above the head and below the feet, respectively, but in my workshops, I dealt just with the seven charkas.
Only in the body codes of Light workbook, mentioned in the novels, are these spiritual portals addressed, including the many minor chakras, most of which are located at the joints of the physical body.
2003
In 2003 these mind-drawing workshops were published as a doodling workbook for individuals and facilitators and are still selling on Amazon.com but only in full colour with ePublishify.
Last year, Annemarie and Janette teamed up to expand the company, then merged with Kima Global Publishers to form the imprint ePublishify-Kima Books, listing mind-body-spirit and self-help publications. Nicole joined us as an editor and also runs social media campaigns.
The workbook contains exercises given during evening courses of 8 weeks (or at an intensive 4-day retreat.) Many students drawn to my Art-analogue Symbolism mind drawing workshops became the characters in my novels. Annelies ( the workshop facilitator ) and her students partake in her genetic decoding workshops, which Ingrid’ ( the main character) writes about in her awakening to her spiritual power from within, she learns how to become The Reality Shifters.

Every positive thought we think is alive and magnetic. Loving pure thoughts are food for our Soul. They give us joy and laughter. They make us feel good. They are of a tone that massages our whole energy field. They reprogram our etheric double until it reflects our original blueprint.
The Law of Vibration
This law means that all the energy in the universe vibrates at a specific frequency, so it’s always in a constant state of motion that can never be destroyed, only transformed. So this means everything that vibrates at a particular frequency will attract that specific frequency…the Law of Attraction means… you create your own timeline reality with your vibrational frequency.
Every negative, polluted thought that has found a home in the ‘grid pattern’, the blueprint of our etheric double, can manifest devastating results over time. They make us age, depressed, unhappy, and even become ill.
Doodling artists will learn to read their own colour waves revealed by the art-analogue symbols, later called the language of Light. When we learn to reprogram our minds, our thoughts become of a higher vibration. That is why the workbook says Mind drawing from the Higher Self,
the God/Goddess within us all.
These doodles are an inward journey, thereby creating a Christ-consciousness timeline. We evolve organically through awakening our DNA. We already had everything needed for our 5D awareness to awaken, but we must draw in the spiritual light force and ground it into our organing physical body. Our DNA is multi-dimensional. Our aim is to make our body immortal. The spirit never dies, but we need to channel our spiritual DNA that will fully control our human body. These sketches are a personal exploration that helps to create a timeline of Christ-consciousness. Our natural evolution is enhanced by awakening our DNA. Our 5D awareness is already within us, but we must attract and integrate the spiritual light force into our physical body. Our DNA is multidimensional, and we aim to immortalise our many-layered bodies. While the spirit is eternal, we must activate our spiritual DNA to fully control our physical, etheric, and astral bodies.
